June flew by in a flash of fun! Our family spent time together swimming, going out for ice cream, seeing the new movie Inside Out (super cute!), more swimming, family BBQs, walks by the flooded Lake Grapevine (I am so hoping the water level goes down soon so we can get back to the lake!), at trip to Roanoke and Hey Sugar candy shop, and we wrapped it up with even more swimming! In no particular order, here are some of my favs from our summer adventures in June.

Summer Memories | flower mound family photographer

Our summer vacation has just begun and I am already loving it! I woke up the first day of vacay and was ecstatic to realize that after my 5:30am workout I could go back to sleep for about 30 minutes before the boys woke up. No getting kids up, fed, and out the door for school! Awesome!

Besides getting to take a 30 minute early early morning nap, summer brings up so many fun memories for me. Our summer is filled with...

...getting special summer treats...ice cream, sno cones, cupcakes, slushes...

...playing in the fountains...

...trips to the pool & swim lessons...

 ...trips to the lake...

.. and summer movies...
